The biggest 7's tournament in Sussex, with players from the Premiership and National Leagues attending.
The 3 Cups (Elite,Open & Women)) includes teams such as the Scorpions, Marauders and The Royal Navy.
Great day of 7's with something for everyone including Climbing walls, 30ft Moonwalk, great food, great atmosphere and of course some breathtaking 7's action.
