2nd Annual Piotrowice Nyskie Int. Rugby Festival at a wonderful castle in Silesia, Poland 25-26 August 2012!

It is a back to Rugby Roots Rhino VII’s and XV’s Festival in Poland (RRRFP!) ;o)

Some details about the Rhino Rugby Festival in Poland!

Your costs are minimal for the entire weekend (outside of any special accommodation needs).

Payments by: 25 July 2012 = €35 for adults / €20 for students
17 Aug. 2012 = €40 for adults / €25 for students
cash on site = €45 for adults / €30 for students

This is a per player commitment fee!
And with this you can camp / tenting outdoors or in barns for FREEEEEEEEEEE!

No additional food fee for registered “players” & “staff” (with your wrist bands).
During the day, cash bar will be available pitch-side throughout the tournaments. Meal-time and Party-time drinks are sponsored as long as sponsored drinks last! After that, possible cash bar for all (we did not run out last year)!

So your main costs will be for transportation, so just find your way there and the rest of your rugby tour / experience will just fit into place!!

Back to Rugby Roots Rhino VII’s and XV’s Festival in Poland (RRRFP!) ;o)

Who: Men’s & Women’s 7’s National sides & Club sides for tournaments + KEW Occasionals VX’s and a few surprise International XV’s teams looking to play a mix of the top players from the different men’s 7’s teams.

Arrival date = Friday 24 August 2012
Departure date = Sunday 26 August 2012

Accommodation:
Tent in the great outdoors or tent in spacious & cosy, “luxury” Barns for FREE!!; Either way, please bring your tents, sleeping bags, bedding mats, flashlights, bug spray and your “nature-loving” self! Some may prefer to have tents for privacy. We have a few tents to rent out as well if you need one.
If you desire, large & unfurnished castle rooms are available to share (up to 20) for a small fee of €5 per person per night.
For non team (referees, coaches) tor those interested in more comfort, there are a few rooms available for the same small fee of €10 p.p. but you must book in advance, this is on a first come first serve basis. The village nearby also has private rooms starting at €10 p.p., must also arrange in advance.

Meals (included for players & staff with wrist bands):
BBQ’s and the such!!  (Friday = dinner, Saturday = breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday = breakfast & lunch)

SEE YOU IN POLAND!!!

If anyone would be willing arrive a day or two early to help set up, make lines in the fields to make rugby pitches, set up goal posts and all that fun stuff, they would be greeted here like heroines and heroes.
