Notts Medics defend title
Nottingham Medics defended the NAMS title with winning the final against Barts & London. A great day was had by all with some great 7s rugby being played. Barts were the bolter of the tournament having never made it past the quarters in the past, they played some exciting rugby in getting to the final. It was the organisation of the Notts team that won the day though.
Nottingham as winners will host the tournament once again next year and planning has already begun
