The Milton Keynes Hemingway Rugby 7s Tournament - SATURDAY 22nd JUNE 2013, the biggest and best tournament in the Centre of England and Bucks and Northants region.

Over £1,000 of Prizes & Prize Money.

Our tournament is going to be bigger and better this year, with 24 teams, live music all day on a dedicated stage, lots of kids entertainment, fairground rides, the British Lions 3rd test on our big screens from 10am in the morning (along with full english breakfast, bacon butties, etc) and lots of food concessions.

Team numbers and sponsors are to be confirmed but once again we are looking at over £1,000 of prize money and prizes for the winning teams and runners up in the various tiers of tournaments.

The tournament will consist of 24 senior men's teams this year. These 24 teams will be split into 5 leagues for the initial stage of the tournament. Based on the top placings in the league, teams will then play in one of 4 tournaments:

The Hemingway Shield (top tier)
The Plate (2nd tier)
The Bowl (3rd tier)
The Beer Cup (4th Tier)

With lots of select 7s teams, national league, junior league and social teams playing, there will be a level of rugby for all teams attending.

So far we have the following teams booked: Seven Dwarves, Top Guns 7s, Old Laurentian Racing Snakes, Hellfish 7s, Flaming Flamingos, Bugbrooke, Olney, S&L Ravens, Duffarians, AZOZ Warriors, MK Zulus along with a number of social teams and interest from Frome, Predator 7s, Star 7s, Dunstablians, St Albans and others.
