Western Union National Sevens Circuit leaders Mwamba RFC survived a scare from unheralded Nondies, churning out a 12-7 win that granted them a semi final berth. Impala RFC also booked a semi final berth courtesy of a a 29-5 win over Nakuru RFC. Outgoing National Sevens Circuit champions Strathmore Leos succumbued to a 12-24 defeat at the hnads of KCB while Quins pulled off a 29-5 win over Mean Machine.
