INTERNATIONAL FAT BLOKE SEVENS
The Worlds worst rugby at the best social weekend in the calender.
The International Fat Bloke Sevens sponsored by CHP will again be held at Reading Abbey RFC on the weekend of 17th-19th July 2009.
Again we will have a mens tournament and a ladies tournament to be held throughout the day on the 18th July and for the first time we will host a Mini Fat Blokes on the morning of Sunday 19th which will be followed by our Annual 'Jacks Match' which is held in memory of Master Jack Wakefield our own little pirate.
Off the field there will be a full programme of entertainment which will start on Friday with the return of The Paul Bowen Band which will be followed on Saturday night by '70's Night' (Cheese not supplied!!) and there will be prizes available for Best dressed Male and Female and Best Team Effort.
Camping is available on both nights at a reasonable £10 per tent (10'x8') for the whole weekend and is highly recommended!!
The whole event is run to raise money for two charities which this year are Woodenspoon and Help for Heroes, last year we raised over £4000 for charity and with your help hope to raise even more in 2009
