This year the tournament will consist of 16 teams in 4 groups of four in the Mens open. Following the group stages all teams will progress through to the Cup,Plate or Bowl stages thus guaranteeing a minimum of 4 games per team. After the group stages the tournament will progress to a straight forward knockout competition with the finals being held just after 5:00pm.

Teams should be at the club and registered by 9:30am ready for the first games to kick off at 10:30 (and that’s sharp, we have a lot of matches scheduled to play in one day!). Matches will be played over 2 pitches. Sevens rules apply, 7 minutes each way. Teams will have at least 20 minutes to rest between games.

In both the Cup and Plate competitions, the winning team will also receive a trophy.

The Cotswold Open 7’s intends to provide a great day out for both players and spectators, whilst raising money for Clic Sargeant who are close to our hearts!!. Your help in raising money for our nominated good causes will be greatly appreciated.

Throughout the day there will be BBQ, Pasta Bar, Beer tent, Bouncy castle and much much more.
If you wish to enter a sevens team in this tournament please email us and we will send you a registration form to complete and return to us by 30th April 2010, the entry fee is £100.00 per team, with a large proportion going to our Charity.
