The Australian Rugby Union "Aussie Spirit" 7's Team are the latest entrants confirmed for the 2010 Fitness First Central Coast Sevens kicking off the start to the Australian Sevens Season on October 9. The team missing it's Commonwealth Games Stars who will be preparing for the games in Darwin will feature premier players selected by the ARU and will surely be one of the favourites for the tournament, which will feature a number of teams with significant fire power to win the event and providing a number of players the chance to be noticed by the ARU High Performance Unit

The tournament is shaping as a cracker with powerhouse Sydney Clubs Sydney Uni, Parramatta and Manly joined by powerful ACT outfit Tuggeranong Vikings and the New Zealand based Fijian Pacific Warriors along with an as yet 2 and possibly 3 un-named invitational teams featuring a number of high profile names.

Another exciting team will be the newly formed Sid Vaka Australian-Fijian Development Team an as yet unknow quantity. Sub-Districts team Hunters Hill and local representative outfit the Central Coast Waves will be out to bring down some of the giants of the tournament and that's the beauty of 7's anything can happen... expect the unexpected.
