Rugby at its Electrifying Best!
The inaugural Fitness First Central Coast Sevens has been deemed a major success with the focus now firmly on 2010. A number of teams met the night prior to the tournament at a tournament welcome evening, the weather was not conducive to 7's being wet but that did not dampen the spirit or the rugby. view the rest of the post »
