The Capitals Cup Rugby Tournaments are a new range of youth rugby tournaments for youth rugby teams held in Europe's finest capital cities. In 2010 we have three rugby tournaments available in Edinburgh, Cardiff and Paris. The capitals Cups Rugby Tournaments are organised by Tours 4 Sport, one of the premier rugby tour operators in the UK, we take thousands of rugby tourists on tour each year so you know when you book your place at one of our tournaments, your players and your money are in safe hands
