TOURAID CASTAWAYS
The Castaways began as a group of players within Surrey who wanted to continue playing rugby during the summer months. With in excess of 40 players available accross various National League, County and London League clubs the Castaways usually enter two sides into most tournaments. Having competed at International tournaments Kinsale and Dubai 7's The Castaways are a well known and respected force on the 7's circuit and place a great deal of emphasis on player development. The Castaways are now entering their seventh season on the rugby 7’s circuit, and from this year will be playing as the touraid Castaways following the unique partnership with the children’s rugby charity touraid.
The partnership with Touraid ensures money raised through winning is pledged to the children’s rugby charity to assist in their work with disadvantaged children throughout the world.
If you'd like to play for the touraid Castaways please contact Andre Vernon, Gareth Rise or Andrew Jackson.
