the ronin warriors team was unofficially founded in season 2009 when the team won the mens open at the inaugural manchester 7s. the team then went on to win the plate at the guisborough 7s.
in 2010 however the Warriors academy has become a team in its own right and supports the ronin team brand in producing and developing potential top class 7s players.

the teams core is based on the 2 yorks (formally green howards) regimental squad.

the team is coached by Ledua Camasoko under the ronin club umberella. The team plays with flair and fun and offers an open door policy so if you wish to play rugby 7s then please send your info to ledua. contact details at www.ronin7s.co.uk/contacts
