Founded in 2006, Rodent Rugby has aimed to integrate high quality rugby 7’s/10's with a strong social orientation. The club has developed further taking on more tournaments, more permanent rodent members and more invitational players. On the domestic front RR have experienced wins at Mull, Edinburgh Northern, Prestonpans and Stewartry. They also won the Barca 7s in 2008 and finished runners up at the Helsinki 10's in June 2009. This year the team travels to the Berlin 10's in June.

A highlight of each season has been the RR Sponsors Dinner giving the Rodents a chance to thank those who generously sponsor RR. The financial support of John Jenkins & Son, Ace Property Management, Jolly Restaurant, Dann Limited, Nikkis Sandwich Bar and J Kelly MOT Centre has been invaluable to the functioning of RR and without them the Rodents could not have achieved the successes nor could they be excited about RRs future.

RR has adopted 'The Maggie's Centre' as its official charity.
