The "Hong Kong Dragons" is a team mostly made up of Hong Kong national team players.

They play under the "dragons" name when warming up for big IRB events such as the 7s RWC, Hong Kong 7s, etc.

The Hong Kong Dragons have participated in a wide range of tournaments in different countries.

They play in tournament such as:

"Hottest 7s in the World" in Darwin.
"NZ Marist Tournament" in Wellington
"Copenhagen 7s" in Denmark
"Jonah Jones 7s" in Malaysia

These tournaments are often used as warm up tournaments in the lead up to bigger tournaments such as:

"Hong Kong IRB 7s"
"Adelaide IRB 7s"
"World Cup IRB 7s Dubai 2009"

At these tournaments the team will play as the full national Hong Kong 7s team.
