FROGGIES CLUB
The FROGGIES Club who is regularly competing as an invitation side in many of the World's Top Sevens Tournaments - featuring a cross section of French-based national Pro league players and rugby seven overseas specialists.
It all started in 1990 in Toulouse after winning in the UAE the Dubai Exiles International Sevens Tournament.
Over the years the FROGGIES CLUB has developed into a renowned International 7's side that draws it players from all sectors of the domestic and International arena. But they have never lost that sense of humour and conviviality from the early days.
Other significant names that have joined the FROGGIES CLUB teams have included Bernard Laporte, Thierry Janeczek, Bernard Delbreil, Philippe Bernat-Salles, Denis Charvet, Philippe Carbonneau, Fabien Pelous, fijien Sireli Bobo and all black Glenn Osborne to name a few.
Since those early years the FROGGIES CLUB has introduced his french flair for rugby and entertainment in many other tournaments including Bangkok, Suva, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, Lisbon, Benidorm, Budapest, Roma , Limerick, Abertillerry.
With the ever increasing demands on the professional game our team selections change day by day, People says about the FROGGIES: “we know nothing about who will be playing, but as usual they will be among the favourites".
