With the latest leg of the IRB Sevens World Series completed at the weekend in Las Vegas, the draw for the next tournament, the Adelaide Sevens (19-21 March), has been revealed.
Hosts Australia will face England in the group stages for the second year in succession at the Adelaide Oval, the fifth stage of the eight tournament series, with USA and Niue joining them in Pool D.
The Adelaide leg is spread across three days with the first round of pool matches taking place on the Friday (19th) evening and set to be completed on Saturday (20th) with the knockout stages on Sunday (21st).
The Aussies head into their home leg, fresh from their best result in two years on the circuit in Las Vegas, reaching the semi-finals before falling to eventual winners Samoa. They trail England by only four points on the IRB Sevens World Series standings.
The Samoans themselves are the headline act in Pool B closely followed by Paul Treu’s South Africa – the Plate winners in Las Vegas.

Following Adelaide the players travel to the worlkd famous Hong Kong Sevens the following week for the sixth leg of the Series.
IRB Adelaide Sevens Pools:
Pool A - New Zealand, Argentina, Scotland, Tonga,
Pool B - Samoa, South Africa, France, Japan
Pool C - Fiji, Kenya, Wales, Papua New Guinea
Pool D - England, Australia, USA, Nieu
