more »Middlesex squads completed with Irish and Saints

The latest two squad announcements complete the 12 Guinness Premiership and four invitational sides that are participating at this weekend's Middlesex Sevens.
London Irish and Northampton Saints are the latest to announce their squads and complete the line-up ahead of the event at Twickenham on Saturday 15.
As with Harlequins, London Irish have included a mix of internationals and academy players, although UR7s understands Delon Armitage may be carrying an injury having returned from the England Senior EPS squad this week.
Sailosi Tagicakibau, Nick Kennedy and Armitage’s brother Delon are all included, alongside academy players including Sam Edgerley and Marcus Watson and they begin their campaign against fellow Guinness Premiership outfit Gloucester.
2003 Middlesex Sevens winners Northampton Saints play invitational side Samurai International in the first round and have also included several academy players in their squad for Middlesex Sevens. The two met earlier this season at Bury with the Saints running out winners.
Having lost 26-7 to Saracens last year in the Plate final, Northampton include Grant Anderson, John Brake and James Cannon.
Brake played for England Sevens in the 2007/08 season and made several appearances for Northampton in National League One last season. Cannon was part of England U20’s Grand Slam winning side in 2007/08.
