The Pups are fresh off a record finish in the Super Sevens Series, where they finished 3rd and won their first title at the West Country 7s.
The Pups have followed their succesful mantra of squad consistency for this weekends Middlesex 7s in naming the players that have done them so well this season. With coaches with international experience such as Rhodri Mcatee (Wales) and Mark Odejobi (England) the squad have blended well and continued to improve with each tournament.
This weekend will see the Pups take on their new title sponsors in Social Vibe & VIPR who are replacing Gilbert as the Pups look to represent them well at HQ.
Though the Pups don't have some of the international playing experience of other sides, they are not lacking great quality. Blackheath flyer Charlie Boufour has been scoring important tries all season whilst Andrew Henderson and Charlie Broughton have played superbly this season and have been major reasons behind the Pups success this summer.
The Pups are not all about the wide game though, as their physicality is reknowned throughout the invitational game led by Clifton Captain Harrison Tovey who's retention of ball at the restart has gained Pups many an extra possession this season.
