more »Tigers to defend National Academy Sevens
London Wasps play host to the National Academy Sevens on Saturday played at their Twyford Avenue training facility.
Last year saw Leicester Tigers walk away with the inaugural title at Newbury RFC. The Tigers will return this year along with Saracens, London Irish, Leeds Carnegie, Northampton Saints, and recent relegated Worcester making up the Premiership contingent.
Wasps include England Sevens' Christian Wade in their line-up.
Cardiff Blues, Henley, London Welsh, and Henley make up the draw for an event aiming to uncover a future generation of potential stars in the game.
